You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 3 to12 people.

"Pilates Reformer" - 3 Weeks start up course on Fr: 13.03.26 - 27.03.26
The heart of modern pilates is the Reformer.
This Apparatus enables an almost unlimited variety of exercises.
By defying gravity, the Reformer training is an excellent introduction to the Pilates method and can be used as support to and in combination with, the mat training. The apparatus with a spring system and moveable seat, can be used to train the entire body in an intensive way.
What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear, anti-slipping socks, a water bottle and, if necessary, a towel.

Powerful and dynamic in this hour individual yoga positions are connected and built an ideal bridge between tension and relaxation. Relieve tension in the body and tension in the mind, perceive, respect and expand one's own boundaries. A creative, powerful and demanding unit for those who like to find the balance between body, mind, tension and relaxation.

"Fascia Training Surprise" - 3 weeks special course (15.04.26 - 29.04.26)
A well-functioning fascia network increases the quality of life, keeps body and mind healthy and renders you taut and flexible!
The building blocks of this training with influence on the fascia structures of the body are as follows:
- The renaissance of swinging and springing
- Fascia Stretch – alignment of the structures
- Fascia Power – the tension network
- Sensory refinement - the 6th sense
In this course I combine the strengthening exercises of the Pilates method with flowing, dynamic movements from fascia training.
With fascia yoga, holistic yoga training becomes even more significant. Fascia stabilize and shape our body and, just like muscles, needs regular movement. Fascia yoga releases the deepest tensions, regenerates and tightens your connective tissue.

"Pilates meets Functional Training - Surprise" (Reformer & Mini-Reformer MOTR® meets TRX® and more)
4 Week Special course (16.04.26 - 07.05.26)
This full-body workout combines Pilates exercises on the machine (Reformer and Mini-Reformer - MOTR® with functional training on the TRX®, with dumbells, barbells or catslide mats.
This training is tough; you strengthen and shape your core muscles, your fitness will noticeably improve and fat burning will be boosted.

Your body is in a free and unstable position, so in addition to strength, coordination, balance and stability are trained at the same time. During the TRX training, various muscle groups are used at the same time.

"Fit during pregnancy" - 6 Week course
Yoga and Pilates are a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine throughout your pregnancy.
Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence.The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy.
The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Pilates for young mothers" - postgradute course - 6 Week course - on request
Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.
