You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 3 to12 people.

Specialcourses

"Aerobic workout  - special course" - (14.08.25 - 28.08.25)

The origins of aerobic training go back to the 1960s, the boom began in the 80s with Jane Fonda and Sydne Rome: Since then, aerobic training has produced many facets.

At this course we will build up an aerobic choreography with dance steps.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.

"Fascia Yoga  - special course" - (04.09.25 - 25.09.25)

With fascia yoga, holistic yoga training becomes even more significant. Fascia stabilize and shape our body and, just like muscles, needs regular movement.

Fascia yoga releases the deepest tensions, regenerates and tightens your connective tissue. 

The amazingly simple variations of classic asanas from Yin Yoga and Power Yoga bring variety to the practice.

"DAYO DANCE - YOGA - special course" - (16.10.25 - 06.11.25)

DAYO combines methods from Eastern and Western training methodology. Classic yoga elements merge together with dance step sequences! The focus here is on flowing movements based on full-body exercises that improve strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination. A choreography is set up to modern music during this class. 

This course is designed for everyone who likes to experience dynamic and powerful flow and would like to improve their physical condition.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear and non-slip socks.

"Catslide ™ - 4 week intensiv course" - (04.12.25 - 18.12.25)

Catslide ™ is a functional and intensive training concept from Norway. The training with sliding mats has long been used in elite sports.

The workout combined with cardiovascular Training demands full physical effort. All muscles - especially the middle of the body - are strengthened and this at a relatively high pulse. The condition is improved quickly and noticeably and the fat burning is stimulated.

"Fit during pregnancy"6 Week course - on request 

Yoga and Pilates are a great way to incorporate exercise into your daily routine throughout your pregnancy. 

Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence.The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy.

The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Pilates for young mothers" - postgradute course -  6 Week course - on request

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.
