You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 8 to12 people.

Specialcourses

"Pilates Reformer- 3 weeks for beginners (14.05.24 - 28.05.24) 

By defying gravity, the Reformer training is an excellent introduction to the Pilates method and can be used as support to and in combination with, the mat training. The apparatus with a spring system and  moveable seat, can be used to train the entire body in an intensive way.

Pilates reformer is a special full body training with a combination of excercises for strengthening, stretching and mobilisation. Under professional guidance, you will learn not only to take part in a training program in small groups, but also to develope a whole new physical feeling of power, energy and mental freshness after just one reformer hour!

This training is suitable for everyone, even if you have physical limitations or back or joint problems. The apparatus offers you help and support and can even help to alleviate symptoms.

"TRX ®- Surprise special course (10.05.24 - 31.05.24)

Your body is in an open and unbalanced position, so that as well as strength, also coordination, balance and stability are trained at the same time. 
During the TRX- exercises different muscle groups are collectively and simultaneously trained.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear and sports shoes.

"ZUMBA® FITNESS  - special course" (06.06.24 - 27.06.24)

Dance, sweat and feel the rhythm. The mixture of dance and interval training is not only fun, but also gets your figure in top shape 

Zumba® uses elements from aerobics, elements from standard dancing and elements from Latin American, Spanish, Indian and Arabic dancing.

Through constant movement and changing speed, dance and endurance training increases fitness and at the same time helps to reduce body weight. Fat burning is stimulated, new muscles convert more energy and the body becomes better toned.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.

"Pilates for pregnant women" - 3 week special course (06.05.24 - 27.05.24)

The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy. 

The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Yoga for pregnant women" - 3 week special course  (15.05.24 - 29.05.24)

Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence. 

The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth.

"Pilates for young motherspostgradute course (06.04.24 - 11.05.24)

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.
