Functional Training

Let yourself be surprised, different "Functional Training" courses are offered alternately. For example only with your own body weight, HIIT training, with the  TRX® or the Catslide™ mats.
Aids such as dumbbells and barbells and a step can also be used in these courses. Training objectives:

- Stimulation of body fat reduction  
- Strengthening of the cardiovascular system 
- Structured stabilisation of the back muscles 
- Tightening and shaping of the whole body 
- Increased mobility 
- Training and tuning for the sense of balance
