You are very welcome to do something for your body, immune system and mental balance within our portals. We offer many different courses which are supervised by professional trainers. In a family setting, we train in small groups of max. 8 to12 people.

Events 2024:

 "Fascia Yoga - Fascia Pilates"

Event on the 4th May from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m

Fascia Yoga: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

With fascia yoga, holistic yoga training becomes even more significant. Fascia stabilize and shape our body and, just like muscles, needs regular movement. Fascia yoga releases the deepest tensions, regenerates and tightens your connective tissue. The amazingly simple variations of classic asanas from Yin Yoga and Power Yoga bring variety to the practice.

Fascia Pilates: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

In this course I combine the strengthening exercises of the Pilates method with flowing, dynamic movements from fascia training.
These so-called “flows” are not only fun, they are also very beneficial and effective.
The flowing sequences of movements improve the suppleness and gliding ability in the myofascial tissue. These are exercises that are designed in such a way, that entire chains of fascia are approached in terms of their functionality - from the fingertips to the toes!

 "Bodyworkout Special Event" 

on June 1st, 2024 (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) 

An absolute full-body workout with high intensity and quick results, one of the fastest ways to get fit and burn body fat.

We will train to motivating music with a barbell (weights on a long metal bar) in the strength endurance and fat burning areas (Kerstin) and combine this with tough core exercises (Daniela).

"Power Yoga- 3 week start up course (06.05.24 - 27.05.24) 

Powerful and dynamic in this hour individual yoga positions are connected and built an ideal bridge between tension and relaxation.

Relieve tension in the body and tension in the mind, perceive, respect and expand one's own boundaries.
A creative, powerful and demanding unit for those who like to find the balance between body, mind, tension and relaxation.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear, anti-slipping socks or your own mat.

"Pilates Reformer- 3 weeks for beginners (14.05.24 - 28.05.24) 

By defying gravity, the Reformer training is an excellent introduction to the Pilates method and can be used as support to and in combination with, the mat training. The apparatus with a spring system and  moveable seat, can be used to train the entire body in an intensive way.

Pilates reformer is a special full body training with a combination of excercises for strengthening, stretching and mobilisation. Under professional guidance, you will learn not only to take part in a training program in small groups, but also to develope a whole new physical feeling of power, energy and mental freshness after just one reformer hour!

This training is suitable for everyone, even if you have physical limitations or back or joint problems. The apparatus offers you help and support and can even help to alleviate symptoms.

"TRX ®- Surprise special course (10.05.24 - 31.05.24)

Your body is in an open and unbalanced position, so that as well as strength, also coordination, balance and stability are trained at the same time. 
During the TRX- exercises different muscle groups are collectively and simultaneously trained.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sportswear and sports shoes.

"Aerobic workout  - special course" (18.04.24 - 16.05.24)

The origins of aerobic training go back to the 1960s, the boom began in the 80s with Jane Fonda and Sydne Rome: Since then, aerobic training has produced many facets.

At this course we will build up an aerobic choreography with dance steps.

What should I bring with me? Comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.

"Pilates for pregnant women" - 3 week special course (06.05.24 - 27.05.24)

The prenatal Pilates accompanies you during pregnancy and prepares you optimally for the birth of your child. Recommended for those who want to remain healthy, fit and in shape during their pregnancy. 

The focus is on specific muscle exercises for the pelvic floor, back, shoulders and neck.

"Yoga for pregnant women" - 3 week special course  (15.05.24 - 29.05.24)

Yoga is a great companion during pregnancy. It promotes physical well-being and helps to manage the coming bodily changes with contentment and self-confidence. 

The exercises are specially selected and modified for pregnant women, specifically for strengthening the back, stimulating circulation, supporting the pregnancy and preparing for childbirth.

"Pilates for young motherspostgradute course (06.04.24 - 11.05.24)

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself. Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly. The postnatal Pilates program in the recovery phase specifically strengthens the deep muscles in order to prevent complaints such as back pain or uterine subsidence and to bring the body back into balance.
