Pilates for young mothers

Postanatal course with pilates in the group, at home (online) or 1:1 Training

Your baby has arrived and there is plenty to do. Do not forget to plan enough time for yourself.

Postnatal Pilates is the most effective way to get back your original figure, quickly and relaxingly.

The post natal Pilates program in the „recovery phase“ is designed to strengthen the deep muscles in order to prevent ailments such as back pain or cervical erosion and to bring the body back into a natural balance as quickly as possible.

Relaxed & effectively to your goal: 

• strengthening and networking the (diagonal) abdominal and pelvic floor muscles
• strengthening the neck, torso and back muscles 
• targeted mobilization and expansion of the strained body parts during pregnancy and birth
• training and stabilisation of the deep  trunk muscles 
re-stabilisation of the normal body perception 
• recovery of strength and moveability 
• deep relaxation for the body and mind

When can you begin?

About six to eight weeks after birth you can begin with postnatal Pilates training, in consultation with your midwife or doctor. You can, of course, bring your baby with you.
