Faszien Pilates

In this course I combine the strengthening exercises of the Pilates method with flowing, dynamic movements from fascia training.
These so-called “flows” are not only fun, they are also very beneficial and effective.
The flowing sequences of movements improve the suppleness and gliding ability in the myofascial tissue. These are exercises that are designed in such a way, that entire chains of fascia are approached in terms of their functionality - from the fingertips to the toes!

Faszien Yoga

With fascia yoga, holistic yoga training becomes even more significant. Fascia stabilize and shape our body and, just like muscles, needs regular movement. Fascia yoga releases the deepest tensions, regenerates and tightens your connective tissue. The amazingly simple variations of classic asanas from Yin Yoga and Power Yoga bring variety to the practice.
