Yoga Flow

This hour combines stretching and strengthening exercises with conscious breathing, strengthens the muscles and promotes endurance and flexibility.

The goal is to synchronize movement and breathing as your body gives way in flowing movements of the positions.
A flowing sequence of asanas guided by breath and modern music. A symbiosis of tradition and evolution.
At this hour, a choreography is being built to modern music in which every respiratory movement leads to a body movement.
The breath directs the movements and every movement is synchronized with inhalation and exhalation.  
For those who would like to experience a dynamic and powerful flow and improve their physical condition.

This course is suitable for experienced and advanced students.
