DAYO - Dance Yoga

DAYO combines methods from Eastern and Western training methodology. Classic yoga elements merge together with dance step sequences! 

The focus here is on flowing movements based on full-body exercises that improve strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination. 
A choreography is set up to modern music during this class. This course is designed for everyone who likes to experience dynamic and powerful flow and would like to improve their physical condition.
