Terms and conditions

1. Course fees / terms of payment  
The price list contains the current and binding subscription costs. The course fee is to be paid within 10 days after receipt of the invoice online or with deposit slip. The subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. The duration of the subscriptions is defined and binding. Paid but not used or only partially used subscriptions expire after their validity date after reaching the finality. There is no entitlement to reimbursement. The subscription is extended automatically, if not cancelled two weeks in advance. Change requests must be communicated in writing 2 weeks before expiration and are binding.

2. Trial lesson  
Before the start of the course, new participants are asked to complete a health questionnaire in order to report any injuries, physical symptoms or pregnancy. This data is subject to the „Data Protection Act“ and is not passed on to third parties. 

3. Course registration 
The binding registration must take place online at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Registration for the desired course takes place by the participant himself via a personal account. The capacity of the courses is limited and the registrations are taken into account in the order of their entry. There is the possibility to placed on a waiting list. In the case of absence due to personal reasons or sickness, the anullation must be made online at least 24 hours before the beginning of the course (unless with Doctors certificate).

4. Personal Training
Confirmed dates for private lessons are mandatory. If they are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance the full amount has to be paid. 

5. Absences / Holidays 
There is the possibility to make up for missed hours within the subscription. The course hours must be cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand in the event of a hindrance, otherwise the hour will be charged. Exception: In case of absence due to illness or accident the participants will be asked to submit a corresponding medical certificate.

6. Changes / Course cancellations
Changes in prices and timetables are possible at any time and will be communicated to the participants in good time. In addition, a course may be cancelled due to insufficient numbers of participants. In this case the course can be re-booked, or the participant can switch to another course in the same price category.

7. Vacation / Instructor training / Absence of instructors
Absence of instructors (for whatever reason) will be covered as quickly as possible and the course participants immediately informed. Pilates Athletica strives to continue the courses despite and according to, the reduced timetable.

8. Accident / Injury   
Liability: Participants attend the courses at their own risk. Pilates Athletica accepts no liability for accidents or injuries during the lesson and is also not liable for damage to personal property or theft. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

9. For the well-being of all
For hygienic reasons it is recommended to train using a towel. The used mats, aids and equipment must  be cleaned after use with the disinfectant provided.

10. Services
The Massage appointments are made via the course registration (see 3) under the same conditions. Payment must be made directly after the treatment and will be invoiced.
